Keep your PBX.
Change what it costs to run.
If your phone system works, you don't need a new one — you need better rates and a provider who answers the phone. Connect any standards-based PBX to our network and keep everything else as it is.
SIP trunking at a glance
- Works with any standards-based PBX — Asterisk, FreePBX, 3CX, Avaya, Cisco, Mitel and others
- IP or registration authentication, whichever suits your setup
- Flexible channel capacity — scale up or down without renegotiating
- Automatic failover to a backup route when a carrier degrades
- Number porting included, paperwork handled by us
- Per-destination quality data, so you can see what you're actually buying
The usual reason is the bill. The reason they stay is support.
Most SIP trunk migrations start as a cost exercise. What keeps people is being able to phone a provider at 2am and reach an engineer who can look at the trace rather than log a ticket.
- Rates you can check against your current invoice, line by line
- No minimum term — if it doesn't work you can port out
- Tested before cutover so you're not discovering problems live
- Direct escalation to someone who can change the routing

SIP trunking questions
Will it work with my PBX?
If it speaks standard SIP, yes. Asterisk, FreePBX, 3CX, Avaya, Cisco, Mitel, Yeastar and most others connect without special handling. Tell us what you run and we'll confirm before you commit.
How many channels do I need?
Roughly one channel per concurrent call. A rule of thumb is one channel per three to four staff for a general office; contact centres need closer to one per agent. We'll size it with you from your current call records.
Can I keep my numbers?
Yes. We port them across and handle the paperwork. Your numbers stay yours.
What about emergency calling?
Where the regulator mandates it, emergency calling is provisioned against a registered service address. We'll walk you through the requirement for your country.
Send us your current invoice
We'll price the same traffic line by line and tell you honestly whether it's worth moving.
